Something unique to The Emotion Code ® is the ability to find and release the heart wall. The heart wall is a set of emotions that we build up over time to protect ourselves. The negative effects of the heart wall are symptoms of pain and tightness, especially in the neck, shoulder, and chest area, maybe even in the upper back.
You can also feel stuck and just feel a lack of creativity. Some people feel like they have trouble making connections with others. There are 5 to 25 emotions that make up an individual's heart wall. It usually takes 2 to 3 sessions to release the heart wall. As with The Emotion Code ® , you release 5 to 10 emotions per session.
When the heart wall is released, you have more vulnerability. However, that allows you to make stronger connections with people. It opens your creativity, helps you to reach goals and feel better in general by decreasing stiffness and tightness through the upper body.
