HOLISTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Therapy sessions are 60-minute sessions that provide one-on-one treatment. A Mind-Body approach is taken to assist your body in healing; sessions may include dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, and NET in order to address pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
THE EMOTION CODE®
The Emotion Code® is an energy healing technique designed to help users identify and literally release trapped emotions—which we believe are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions may cause feelings of depression and anxiety, and may also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Our premise is that trapped emotions are made of energy just like the rest of the body, and that they exert an influence on the physical tissues. We believe this can cause acute discomfort and potential disease. Releasing trapped emotions can create the proper conditions for the body to heal - so physical and emotional difficulties may disappear or become much more manageable.
NEURO EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUE (NET)
NET is a mind-body technique that uses a methodology of finding and removing neurological imbalances, which can help resolve stress patterns that are stuck in the body. The technique uses Manual Muscle Testing combined with acupressure points to provide stress and relaxation. Clients will feel lighter after a single session. NET can also be included in Physical Therapy sessions or with Reiki in order to promote further healing.
CRYSTAL REIKI/ENERGY HEALING
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This energetic technique serves as a compliment to physical modalities. As a Crystal Reiki Master, Alicia uses crystals and other energetic modalities to enhance the results of the session.
Mindfulness and meditation practices are performed during most treatment sessions. Mindfulness has been shown to decrease stress, create new pathways in the brain, and release endorphins. Clients are educated on techniques to carry out through their daily lives to help create balance and promote healing in their body.
Preventive care sessions provided to assist clients with exercise and stretching techniques in order to avoid injury with daily and recreational activities.
